Panic or Prepare: A Personal Message from Cameron Dunlap

In times of crisis, we can either panic or we can prepare.

Here’s a message from The CEO, Cameron Dunlap about how YOU can THRIVE if you avoid the panic and stay the course.

Dear Real Estate Wealth Network Family,

I just recorded this quick message and I hope you can take a few minutes to watch it. This is quite possibly one of the most important videos I’ve ever created for you.

Our team is prepared and standing by to support you and your business, as usual. That will not change.

Remember: We’re all in this together.

In times of crisis, it’s more important than ever that we come together and provide support, guidance and even a pick me up or two when it’s needed.

I thought this would be a perfect opportunity for our community to share some ideas for keeping our heads on straight and focused during stressful times like these (working out, reading, talking to loved ones, etc).

You never know what might help someone reading this right now.

Please share your thoughts below, I am reading them all!

Regards,

Cameron Dunlap

Thanks for the great message Cam! I keep my head up and on straight by staying positive and thats’s done by watching leaders like you charge forward! Please keep being a becon of light for us. This will pass and we’ll be ready for the opportunity ahead!

You are 100% right, Cam. The secret of the big players on Wall Street is to “buy when there is blood running in the streets.” And real estate is much safer – since it always has at least the intrinsic value of 4 walls and a roof.

Each time a (much needed!) restriction is announced, it frees up time. Seeing all of this in that fashion, helps me keep a mindset focused on what I can do, rather than what I now cannot. As you said, we have been given the gift of time! As a new investor, what do we always say? There just isn’t enough time! Well, now there is! And guess what? Those folks I can never seem to reach are now sitting at home! Win/Win! Stay safe, all!

Staying prepared keeps your skills sharp. There are people who need our help! Be there and willing to solve their house problem.

Cam,
I have followed your career for years. I am just now formulating my plan to get back into single-family and small multi-family properties. I got out by the skin of my teeth in 2007. (18 properties) You are 100% correct in stating, “luck is when opportunity meets
preparedness.” God Bless you and your family. God Bless America.

Thanks Cam, please keep us posted if you see any specific ‘opportunities’ that us novice investors might not be aware of.

Stay safe!

Cam
I really appreciate getting this email from you today and listening to the video .I’m new to this business and frankly wasn’t sure what to do .I went out and bird dogged some houses today and i’m getting ready to put a list together and make some calls and send some text’s . Your timing couldn’t have been any better especially with all the time i now have to devote to this business.

Thanks for the message Cam. I wasn’t sure if i should hold off or keep going then saw the video and went out and looked at some houses nearby . Will definitely proceed with the business now that i have more time.
Thanks
Mike Martin

Thanks for your thoughts Cam.
I have by the way already started looking for motivated sellers as they might be even more motivated during this Covid-19 crisis and we could also be in a better position to help them.

Yes, I plan to take your message like front page news. It’s not often you hear from the top of the food chain before, during and after tough time. I hear you Cam and I have consulted my first love above, Jesus so the rest is left up to me to follow your lead and prosper. Wishing you and your family the best that is yet to come.

Thanks Cameron,
Well said and pertinent!
Dave

Thank you! I appreciate how you address all aspects of the profession, even when it seems to be on the wayside. I was getting ready to put things on pause thinking everyone is in a fear/unsure mindset and wouldn’t thinking of doing anything of major transaction due to the “what if” factor. But you helped me see it in a glass half full approach, therefore I will continue on the path. Thanks Cam for caring enough to send us this message.

Thanks for your encouraging and inspiring words – I woke up the other day realizing this is the time to forge ahead – not hold back!

Great content as usual! You’re one of the smartest men I know and I really appreciate you. Keep up the good work. Your such an amazing team player. God bless!
