Low Cost Marketing Techniques
If you have some time, but little cash… these are great for you!
Here are my top 4 ways to find deals on a budget:
- Business Cards
- Door Hangers
- Cold Calling
- Driving For Dollars (driving thru neighborhoods to leak for junkers)
Bigger Budget Marketing Techniques
- Road Signs (AKA “bandit signs”) – they dont necessarily cost a lot of money, but if you use a lot of them, you need a decent budget
- Car Wrap
- Print Ads
- Direct Mail
- Bird Dogs (the same as “driving for dollars” but you outsource it someone else
Of all of these strategies, bird dogs is my favorite. I have found over 2 decades of trial & error, that they are the best bang for your buck.
Regardless of where you are at, you can make some quick cash by implementing any of these. Just pick 1 or 2 that fit well with your situation and add them to your calendar to execute on a regular basis until you are “in the money”… then add a couple more… and keep repeating until you hit your goals.
